1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products (fragrance oils), all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product is delivered, except under the circumstances outlined below.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, you may request a replacement or refund under the following conditions:
- You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.
- Provide clear photo evidence of the issue (e.g., damaged bottle, wrong item, leakage).
- Product must be unused and in original condition/packaging.
3. Incorrect Order
If we send you the wrong item, please inform us immediately. We will:
- Arrange for return pickup or guide you to send it back.
- Cover the return postage for incorrect deliveries.
- Send out the correct product or refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
4. Return Not Accepted If:
- The product has been opened, used, or tampered with.
- More than 3 days have passed since delivery.
- The item was purchased on sale or during promotions (unless damaged or wrong item).
- Product damage was caused by mishandling after receipt (e.g., dropping, improper storage).
5. How to Request a Return or Refund

6. Refund Method
- Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 5–7 working days after confirmation.
