3. Cancellation After Payment
- Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been made and the order is being processed.
- This is because fragrance products are often prepared, packed, and shipped promptly after payment to preserve quality.
4. Exceptions
You may request cancellation after payment only if:
- The product has not yet been shipped.
- You notify us within 2 hours of making payment.
If approved, the refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy.
